Balloons Over Bagan is the oldest hot air ballooning company in Myanmar. Started in 1999 by an Australian/Burmese couple the company has grown to include 12 hot air balloons and employees 140 local Burma ground crew to help with the operation. Besides taking travelers and tourists on an unforgettable ride among the temples of Bagan they are heavily involved in the community and have begun several programs to help improve life for the locals. With over 3000 temples, virtually perfect weather during their flying season from October thru March and stunning sunrises this is one of the best places in the world to go for a hot air balloon ride.
